If, for whatever reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase upon it's arrival, simply give us a call at 406-579-1437 or email us and we will initiate a return on your purchase for a full refund, store credit, or product exchange - your choice!
Return Policy
You may return your purchase for a full refund within 14 days of the date that it was delivered to you. We will issue you a full refund for the entire purchase price, store credit, or product exchange - it's up to you!
If you wish to return your purchase, please be aware it must be in the new, undamaged condition it was in when it was shipped to you.

Give a gift of art from ArtCreel! They'll love it. If you are buying from us for this purpose, no worries! We understand that the recipient may not receive it for a few weeks or months - and may not be completely happy with it when it is received. In this case, they may return the art for store credit or exchange at ArtCreel. We’re confident they will find something special among the many styles of art and variety here in our Gallery.
Shipping Information
Whenever possible, we ship orders via UPS Ground. Our policy is to strive for the best possible combination of price and service for your shipment.

Please note that some items may be temporarily out of stock, and therefore not available for expedited shipment. However we pride ourselves on keeping you informed about your shipment, regardless of the situation, and will send it off to you as soon as humanly possible.
Most orders are shipped within 24-48 hours of online placement. Orders placed on the weekends will not be shipped until Monday, so please take this into consideration when specifying expedited shipping requests.
Damaged Shipments
We ship all artwork with shipping insurance. IF YOUR ART ARRIVES DAMAGED, WE ASK THAT YOU CONTACT US BY PHONE OR EMAIL TO NOTIFY US AS QUICKLY AS POSSIBLE. We will arrange for the art to be returned to us and will assist you in doing so. Please do not return damaged art without contacting us first to discuss the issue, as we will need your help in getting reimbursement from the shipper.
If you are returning a product for any other reason, please give us a heads up by phone or email prior to shipping it, so we can help you with the process.

Pricing
Notwithstanding the product prices shown on the Site, prices cannot be confirmed until you order. Despite our best efforts, a small number of the products shown on the Site may be incorrectly priced as a result of price changes implemented at or about the time of your visit to the Site, Site functionality issues, data entry or typographical error. In the case of Site functionality issues, data entry or typographical error, we reserve the right to, (upon notifying you, and at your discretion): a) correct mispriced items and charge you the correct amount accordingly (in the case that you decide to keep the product) OR b) refund you the amount charged upon the safe, undamaged return of the product (should you decide you do not want to keep the product at the corrected price).
