It would be the same idea for "News", "Press", "Resources and Links": with room for 3-10 items in the submenu to be added/deleted as needed/decided by quantity of items. I would prefer to have a scroll bar here just on this side of the divider line for lengthy news/story items rather than having the entire ArtCreel page scroll.
